Bio: Sebastian is a principal trainer and consultant with sqlity.net llc (http://sqlity.net) and CTO for TSTS Inc, a company that provides an online personalized training and workout solution (http://www.tanyastroh.com). He specializes in T-SQL Test Driven Development (TDD) and performance and shares his passion and knowledge regularly with audiences world-wide through his writings and speaking engagements.

After receiving his PhD in Computer Science, Sebastian moved to the United States to begin his career as a software developer for a global Fortune 50 company. He quickly rose to the role of software architect, functioning as a SQL performance and TDD expert, assuming responsibility for the code quality and performance of dozens of large-scale database installations nationwide.

Bio: A.J. Mee is a Senior Technology Solutions Professional for Microsoft Corporation. He leads Microsoft's sales and pre-sales practice around Business Intelligence (BI), serving 300+ Enterprise customers in the Mid-Atlantic region of the US (PA/DE/NJ/DC/MD/VA). In his role, he is primarily responsible for aligning specific customer requirements around BI empowerment and democratization to Microsoft's industry-leading BI platform. He joined Microsoft in 2006 as part of its acquisition of ProClarity, a BI vendor whose technology has made its way into Microsoft's Corporate Performance Management (CPM) offering - PerformancePoint Services for SharePoint.

A.J. has been engaged in the Business Intelligence arena for over 15 years, serving in varied roles (director of software development, consulting, engineering, project management, database administration, and pre-sales). He is a popular speaker who frequently presents on a wide variety of BI-related topics (including OLAP, data warehousing, analytics, reporting, performance management, ETL) at Microsoft-hosted, vertically-focused, and technologically-focused conferences and events. A.J. holds a B.A. in Computer Science from LaSalle University (Philadelphia, PA).
